The purpose for these specific projects is to improve quality of life for underserved and surrounding areas through functional development. A proposed beginning phase to these projects would be landscape architecture including mitigation of and specific impacts upon nature. Furthermore the projects focal point would be that of restoration and preservation for health and wildlife concerns thus creating better solutions for storm water collection and purification. The efforts are not limited to storm water but also emphasizes groundwater recharge and water quality as a whole. Also these systematic developments serve as a catalyst to provide housing developments that fit the needs of the residents. New and Improved roads, bike lanes, and sidewalks are physical infrastructure that creates economic growth and development in communities.
